Our warranty policy, the specificall the 3 and 5kW Vertical models , imported from China, comes with a standard 6-month factory warranty.

We strongly recommend following the correct setup procedures moving forward to avoid any unneccesary issues.

We also recognize that should there be significant delays in receiving feedback from your installation, the original warrant period will stand – being a standard 6-month factory warranty from date of installation.
